30-day returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused, in their original condition. Keep the packaging and accessories where possible.
There is no restocking fee. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; RESTORA covers approved returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Assembly instructions
Assembly is required. The 42-page guide includes parts and hardware lists, numbered assembly diagrams, and wall-fixing instructions for the bed, desk, and side shelves.
- Check all four boxes against the parts and hardware lists before starting.
- Arrange four people to assemble and move the bed, as specified in the guide.
- Follow the diagrams in order and secure the cabinet to the wall using fixings suited to your wall type.
Mattress requirement: The guide specifies a 39 lb mattress for this Full-size model. Follow the manual when fitting the mattress and lift mechanism.
